1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 3patte ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your use of the website located at https://3patte.app and all associated services, products, software, tools, and content provided through it (collectively, "the Service").

By accessing the 3patte website, registering a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, playing any game, or otherwise using any part of the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Service and close your account. Continued use of the Service after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

1.1 Language and Governing Version

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. All communications between 3patte and players, including support correspondence, account notifications, and promotional messages, shall be conducted in English.

1.2 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 3patte with respect to your use of the Service, and supersede all prior understandings, representations, and agreements between the parties relating to the same subject matter.

2 Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the 3patte Service is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Service:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 3patte operates an absolute minimum age policy of 18+. There are no exceptions to this requirement under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the Service as an individual player, not as a business entity, agent, or on behalf of a third party.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by 3patte or any third-party responsible gaming body, that would prohibit your participation in online gambling.
• You have not previously had a 3patte account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms or for fraudulent activity.
• You are of sound mind and are capable of taking full responsibility for your own actions in connection with use of the Service.

2.1 Geographic Restrictions

The 3patte Service is primarily designed for and marketed to adults located in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the Service is lawful in your jurisdiction. 3patte makes no representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Players who access the Service from restricted jurisdictions do so at their own risk and will be ineligible for any bonuses, promotions, or withdrawals if their account is found to be in breach of this clause.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money games, sports betting markets, and withdrawal functions on 3patte, you must register a player account. One account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address is strictly permitted. Registering multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

3.1 Accuracy of Registration Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update that information promptly if it changes. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of balance.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you, is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party, you must notify 3patte immediately at [email protected].

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC)

3patte is committed to responsible operation and maintaining the integrity of the Platform. As a condition of using the Service, you consent to 3patte conducting identity verification ("KYC") checks at any stage, including but not limited to: at registration, before the first withdrawal, upon a change of payment method, and in response to any unusual account activity. KYC documentation may include a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement issued within the past three months).

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

3patte supports a range of local and international payment methods to facilitate deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally credited to your 3patte account balance within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. 3patte does not charge any processing fee on deposits, although your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any funds deposited originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. bKash and Nagad withdrawals typically complete within 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two business days depending on the receiving institution. 3patte reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal request.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Full KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Any active bonus funds must meet the applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be requested against a balance that includes bonus-derived funds.
• 3patte reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.
• Players may not withdraw funds deposited solely to fulfil a minimum deposit requirement for a bonus if no genuine gaming activity has taken place.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

3patte offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any additional specific terms attached to the individual offer.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is displayed in the individual bonus terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain table games, live dealer games, and sports betting wagers may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution percentages for each game category are published on the Promotions page.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used and wagering requirements that are not completed within the bonus validity period (as specified in the individual offer) will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless a specific offer explicitly states otherwise. Opting into a new bonus while another is active may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Abuse: 3patte reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings if it has reasonable grounds to believe the player has engaged in bonus abuse, coordinated play, arbitrage betting, or any other behaviour designed to exploit promotional offers.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

By placing bets or participating in any game on the 3patte platform, you agree to abide by the rules applicable to that specific game or market, as published within the relevant game lobby, sports betting section, or help documentation. In addition, the following general rules apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

6.1 Bet Acceptance

3patte reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where: the bet was placed in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds; the bet was placed after the outcome was determined or after the event commenced in a pre-match market; or the bet amount exceeds published maximum stake limits for the relevant market or game.

6.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, malfunction, or system fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 3patte reserves the right to void the affected round(s) and return the original stake to the player's account. No winnings that arose solely as a result of a technical error will be paid. Players who knowingly exploit a technical fault to generate winnings will have those winnings voided and may face account suspension.

6.3 Responsible Gaming During Play

Players are encouraged to use the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion options. Detailed guidance on these tools is available on the Responsible Gaming page.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3patte platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to operate your account on your behalf.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any third-party tool to interact with the Service in a manner not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or sports betting market.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with any aspect of the 3patte platform, including its software, security systems, or payment infrastructure.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or fraudulently obtained payment credentials to fund your account.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any other financial crime through the use of the Service.
• Making chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith after using deposited funds for gaming activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing members of the 3patte support team or other players.
• Providing false information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 3patte, its directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from technical malfunctions, network interruptions, or delays in payment processing outside 3patte's direct control.
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms or your failure to use the responsible gaming tools available to you.
• Any loss or damage caused by third-party software, game providers, or payment processors integrated with the Platform.
• Indirect economic loss, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill of any kind.

3patte's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve months immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 3patte's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8.1 Service Availability

3patte endeavours to maintain continuous availability of the Service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where practicable. 3patte accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unavailability of the Service during maintenance periods or due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, government-imposed network restrictions, acts of God, or force majeure events.

8.2 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed neutral arbitrator. Players in Bangladesh agree that the courts of Bangladesh shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.

8.3 Complaints and Disputes

We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days.
